How do we use the information we collect?
Content Galaxy collects and makes use of your personal usage information to operate and improve its sites and
services. This includes paying publishers, content providers, editors, and affiliates based on your
actual usage and communicating with you via email about your subscriptions.
Publishers, content providers, editors, and affiliates have access to relevant personal usage data
sufficient to assist them in improving their content and its web presence.
Does Content Galaxy share the information it receives?
Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business
of selling it to others. We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose personally identifiable

Privacy Notice. We share customer information only as described below.
We work closely with publishers of the publications to which you subscribe, and we provide them with
the information we collect as part of the subscription and content serving processes. We also work closely
with content providers, editors, and affiliates, and, at the discretion of the publisher, may provide such
information to them as well. While we do not have access to or control over the web sites of publishers,
content providers, editors, or affiliates, we do make a good faith effort to insure that they have clear
descriptions of the information practices that they follow. This Privacy Policy does not cover them, so
please contact them directly for more information about their privacy practices. By subscribing to a publication
and accessing its contents, you consent to our sharing of your personal information with the publisher and at
the discretion of the publisher with associated content providers, editors, and affiliates.
We also employ other companies, agents, and contractors to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include
processing credit card payments, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, sending postal and email,

needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes. We do not authorize these companies
to use or disclose your personal information except for the purpose of providing the services we request of them.
We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law;
enforce our terms of use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Content Galaxy, our
users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection
and credit risk reduction.
How is the security of personal information maintained?

certain of your transmissions to us, in order to encrypt the personal information that you send to us through
the sign up and subscription purchase processes.
Unfortunately, no security system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the
security of your personal information and cannot assume liability for improper access to it. By using our service,
